Selection camp called ´Eurotalents Development Camp U13´ took place in the National Training Centre in Havířov all week long. 26 boys and girls from 13 European countries participated. It was the third camp of this year’s Eurotalents programme. Young players from the selection camps were invited. The choice also depends on the results of some international tournaments in this age category.
The head coach of the camp was Marek ČIHÁK, his assistants were Marek KLÁSEK and Petr NEDOMA. Players also had the opportunity to use the services of a fitness coach Patrik KAIZAR and the expertise of Chinese coach XU Kai. Other coaches arrived with the national teams.
The training process began on Monday, two organized training sessions were scheduled daily. The third one was individual and voluntary. Of course, boys and girls singles tournament also took place.
